Scope & Ordering Process
These terms govern all sales of fantasy-themed oil paintings and products through Jeanne Pilarski Art. Orders are confirmed via email. Prices are set in Swiss Francs (CHF). Full payment is required before shipment. Customers are responsible for all international customs duties and import taxes.
Shipping & Returns
Artworks are shipped from Europe/Zurich. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to merchandise; for original artworks, returns are limited to cases of significant misrepresentation. Swiss law applies exclusively, with jurisdiction in Zurich.
3. Copyright Notice
Ownership & Rights
Purchase of an original artwork does NOT transfer copyright. Jeanne Pilarski retains all intellectual property rights. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or use in AI training datasets is strictly prohibited. Permitted use is limited to personal display and sharing with credit.
